What counts as a user?
Anyone who receives an Act On It alert or configures the application. Admins and end users are charged at the same flat rate, with no separate license tiers.
Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. One active notification, any use case you choose, with no time limit and no credit card required. Configure it, run it, and keep it for as long as you like. Upgrade only when you want unlimited notifications.
How do volume discounts work?
Discounts apply for teams of 50 or more users. Get in touch with your user count and we will provide a tailored quote.
What are the cancellation terms?
Pay monthly plans can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing month. Annual savings plans are paid for the full term and are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time. Either way, your configuration stays in your Salesforce org, and you can always return to the free tier.
Is Act On It safe to install?
